Cooking Classes:  SIGN-UP NOW for the WINTER/SPRING 2007 Classes!  We are still planning to remodel our in-store kitchen and expect to have the kitchen closed from February 15th through April 1st 2007. These dates are subject to change due to construction issues. We will issue a store credit if any classes are cancelled, and will do our best to reschedule the classes for later dates, provided the chefs are available. Wine Classes: Wine Education Classes are $10 per person and are conducted by wine industry professionals.  Please bring a wine glass from home, use a disposable cup, or purchase a Spiegelau crystal glass at a discounted price.  Classes begin at 6:30 pm. Shipping: Shipping is 10% of total order plus $3 handling charge. If any item is not in stock when you place your order, shipping will be adjusted prior to charging your credit card.
